The moment that inspired our founder to establish THE CAE came after a number of intensive consultations and meaningful conversations. Witnessing the immense talent and potential within minority ethnic communities in South Wales, he realized that with the right support, resources, and opportunities, this potential could be unlocked to empower individuals and drive positive change in the local community. Since then, the journey has been remarkable—marked by both challenges and successes—but always guided by a steadfast belief in the transformative power of education and entrepreneurship.
